to everyone. kitchenetta will build a series of restaurants within the same geographical proximity, each approximately 2500 to 4000 square feet, being serviced by a central commissary. One 2500 to 3000 (plus) square foot commissary/restaurant per five to seven units. With both in house seating and a strong emphasize on take-away food. kitchenetta will focus on high profit, low food cost items, i.e., most daily prep work will take place at Central Commissary, pizza, pasta, panini, chicken products and salads, however not at the expense of quality or authenticity. (See: Evolution of kitchenetta) Using special techniques devised by kitchenetta we will be able to maintain quality and cost control simultaneously. kitchenetta will employ state of the art equipment specially designed for speed and efficiency. kitchenetta is capable of producing a fresh pizza, pasta made to order, a pannino sandwich or Chicken milanese on a bed of fresh mescaline greens total preparation time three to five minutes. Whole rotisserie chicken always fresh always available and much more. All this will be accomplished without the use of microwave ovens, steam tables, heat lights or any other traditional time saving techniques which do so at the expense of quality or authenticity. kitchenetta's mission is to offer gourmet quality, eat-in or take-away, quickly and efficiently at a lower medium to medium price point.
