 The standard kitchenetta design is modern European in a soft industrial environment utilizing stainless steel simple lighting, splashed with Italian and Mediterranean colors (tiles, murals, etc.). A motif and color combination that will be universally recognizable as form and application varies. The goal: to strike a similar responsive cord in the would be diner, whether he or she walks into a store located in a two hundred year old building in New York, a two week old building in Los Angeles or a store in an art deco building on Lincoln Road in South Beach. This standard of continuity and form will achieve comfort and predictability, which research indicates is the single most powerful marketing factor in the food service industry. The kitchenetta logo will be ubiquitous reminding customers of kitchenetta -The Brand at every opportunity, from signage to merchandise to packaging.

SIZZLE
Every eatery needs an entertainment factor to capture the imagination of its patrons. kitchenetta will feature several. All kitchenetta eateries will be linked to one another by interactive web cam. Web cams will be placed both inside and outside the store. A customer in Miami can view a Manhattan street scene live or have a conversation with a friend in L.A. all in real time. Each store will also feature video monitors tastefully integrated into store motif. This monitors will exsibite celebration of life both stateside and overseas and will assist in the marketing process. Each store will fearture a wall of fame consisting of heros of our time, as well as local heros in each community. Each store will also feature other sensory stimuli to keep the customer interested and entertained during his/her kitchenetta experience.
