THE TEAM

 For any organization to be successful the members of that organization must be talented, skilled and focused. Each in their respective area of expertise. These individuals must also be capable of working as a team, a brilliant combination of individuality and collective effort.kitchenetta has assembled such a team. Our founding team consists of pizza makers from Naples, panini and tremezzini makers from Rome, a world class Chef from the Emilia Romana region of Italy whose has owned and operated successfully in both Italy and the United States. A twenty five year veteran restauranteur in the New York City Metropolitan area. A team assembled by Vincent Foti, a twenty year entrepreneur/restauranteur in New York, Los Angeles and South Florida (The Golden Triangle). We at kitchenetta are intimately familiar with these markets (T.G.T.) as these are our target markets. Note: the team at kitchenetta are paid consultants, not partners who have used their knowledge and expertise to create a simple menu and preparation techniques. These techniques can be easily taught to store managers, employees, etc. Thereby, making a long term in house commitment on the part of our chefs and consultants unnecessary. This will enhance the practicality and cost effectiveness of their involvement.
